We'll help you figure out exactly where it is you've been going wrong in the past, provide a sustainable solution and a road map of how we'll get there. Personal Training is for everyone; any ability, any size, any shape, any gender.
Firstly we'll sit down with you and talk through your current lifestyle, see exactly whats going on and why you're seeking out help from a personal trainer. This is where we really dig deep in to what you need, why and in what time frame. We'll discuss a plan going forward and run you through a few exercises, allow you to see how we work and the equipment and expertise on offer.
Once all of the important conversations are out of the way, we'll get to work putting together your bespoke training program. When you arrive for your first session we'll talk you through the program, the equipment that we'll be using and the reasoning behind it. That's when the fun begins!
Alongside your training program, we will calculate your daily macronutrient requirements which are made up of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. We will help you make healthier food choices with no restrictions or fad dieting. Creating habits that last a lifetime is key to longevity and happiness!
